Microdot was designed in 2017 as an electric catamaran in two versions, short, a module that can carry 14 people, and the long version, which can carry up to 30 people or can be used as a cargo or utility watercraft. With electric motors with 97% efficiency and 520 kw and 800Nm at peak, Microdot should be limited to 70 kph for safety reasons. The structure and body is made of aviation grade aluminum and composite materials. The range exceeds 250 km with a 200 kWh battery.
